  • Built or run early career/campus recruiting motions.
  • Ran full-cycle recruiting: intake through close.
  • Clear communication and urgent stakeholder management.
  • Metrics-driven; uses funnel data to improve outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in-office in Arlington, VA.
