Source and engage passive technical talent across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList)
Design top-of-funnel strategy with recruiters and managers; expert in creative sourcing
Identify and attract diverse candidates at the top-of-funnel
Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency
Pitch candidates with specific, tailored, and creative messaging
Assist with sending offers and closing candidates

🎯 Requirements

1+ year experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordinating in high-growth environments
Exceptional sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Entelo
Experience partnering with recruiters and managers to build pipelines in engineering
Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS
