📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from intake to offer.
• Source and engage candidates across channels with creative outreach.
• Manage hiring teams end-to-end with proactive communication and feedback.
• Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategy using data.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. for alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, GTM).
• Comfort discussing technical fundamentals and role expectations.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, timely.
• Organized pipelines, prioritization, and deadlines.
• Startup experience and using Ashby ATS.
