🎯 Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's with 1+ year recruiting, or assoc with 2+, or 3+ years in lieu.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years of SGA recruiting experience
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers
- Onsite full-time only; extended hours/weekends as needed
