🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year recruiting, or Associate with 2+ years, or 3+ years exp.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 2+ years in-house recruiting and high-volume recruiting.
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
- Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Available for extended hours and weekends; onsite only.
