🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s +1+ yrs recruiting; or Associate +2+ yrs; or 3+ yrs recruiting exp in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
- In-house recruiting and high-volume recruiting experience.
- Full life cycle recruiting with data reporting ability.
