📋 Description

  • Run full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Partner with client groups on headcount, strategy, and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s +1+ yrs recruiting; or Associate +2+ yrs; or 3+ yrs recruiting exp in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
  • In-house recruiting and high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Full life cycle recruiting with data reporting ability.
