- Or 3+ years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience with in-house and high-volume recruiting
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers
- Strong ability to analyze recruiting data and identify top talent
