- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition; strong in technical hiring (Engineering/ML/AI).
- Proven experience hiring across multiple technical functions and seniority.
- Experience scaling recruiting processes in rapid growth.
- Strong business partnering; align on talent priorities.
- Experience building structured interview processes and scalable workflows.
- Deep familiarity with European tech talent market; visa norms and hubs.
- Hands-on with Ashby ATS; LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Gem.
- Comfortable in fast-paced hiring; manage multiple priorities.
- Strong candidate-facing skills; explain company vision.
- Genuine interest in AI/ML and building foundational teams.
