📋 Description

  • Own full recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, outbound tools, and talent communities.
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines for engineering and implementation roles.
  • Run high-velocity outreach campaigns and test messaging to improve response rates.
  • Partner with Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to hire fast.
  • Move candidates quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6+ years recruiting, direct experience hiring engineers/implementation.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring (multiple roles at once).
  • Strong outbound sourcing; you enjoy sourcing and dont rely on inbound.
  • Experience running full-cycle recruiting independently.
  • Comfortable hiring in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Nice to have: experience hiring for B2B SaaS, developer, or technical customer-facing roles.
