- Run high-velocity outreach campaigns and test messaging to improve response rates.
- Partner with Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to hire fast.
- Move candidates quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–6+ years recruiting, direct experience hiring engineers/implementation.
- Proven success in high-volume hiring (multiple roles at once).
- Strong outbound sourcing; you enjoy sourcing and dont rely on inbound.
- Experience running full-cycle recruiting independently.
- Comfortable hiring in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
- Nice to have: experience hiring for B2B SaaS, developer, or technical customer-facing roles.
