Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (outreach to offer)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via research and proactive sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and update progress
• Collaborate with peers to share insights and coordinate interview activity
• Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI sourcing tools to track candidates and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, incl. tech hiring
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates via research and outreach
• Partner with hiring managers; provide updates on pipeline and progress
• Experience using ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem)
• Able to manage multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable using AI tools in recruiting workflows
