🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; equivalent years of demonstrated experience will also be considered
- Minimum 5 years as a full-cycle Recruiter; agency and corporate a plus
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, recruiting and building pipelines
- Previous experience managing high-volume requisitions both exempt and non-exempt
- Ability to deliver results; thrive in a fast-paced environment; prioritize multiple projects
- A genuine passion for DEI and inclusivity by championing equity in all stages of the hiring lifecycle
