- Bachelor's degree; equivalent years of demonstrated experience considered.
- 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter; agency or corporate experience a plus.
- Experience sourcing, recruiting and building candidate pipelines.
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions (exempt and non-exempt).
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Passion for DEI and inclusivity in hiring.
