🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; equivalent years of demonstrated experience considered.
  • 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter; agency or corporate experience a plus.
  • Experience sourcing, recruiting and building candidate pipelines.
  • Experience managing high-volume requisitions (exempt and non-exempt).
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Passion for DEI and inclusivity in hiring.
