  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for contract and direct-hire roles.
  • Customer and candidate focus with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet hiring objectives and deadlines.
