- 5-7+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Proven experience managing full-cycle hiring independently
- Experience hiring for Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Security, or other technical roles
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Exposure to India/US/global hiring is a strong plus
- Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping)
