π― Requirements
- 4+ years full-cycle technical recruiting with at least 2 years in-house (engineering)
- Exposure to a wide variety of roles: GTM, Ops, Technical, etc.
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, pipeline, closing
- Experience with recruiting operations: data, ATS edits, interview training
- An effective, proactive communicator
- A self-starter and first-principles thinker who can figure it out with own resources
