🎯 Requirements

4+ years full-cycle technical recruiting with at least 2 years in-house (engineering)
Exposure to a wide variety of roles: GTM, Ops, Technical, etc.
Experience owning full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, pipeline, closing
Experience with recruiting operations: data, ATS edits, interview training
An effective, proactive communicator
A self-starter and first-principles thinker who can figure it out with own resources
