- Experience collaborating with managers to execute strategy in fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to generate candidate enthusiasm while ensuring positive experience.
- Experience recruiting for software eng, AI/ML, data science, or research.
- Inclusive hiring experience and building diverse pipelines.
- Experience in both large companies and startups.
