🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for tech roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiasm for sharing Model N story and learning the business.
- Values-oriented and committed to finding a cultural fit.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
- Curious about latest sourcing strategies to identify new talent pools.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
- Strong negotiation, detail orientation and follow-through.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
