📋 Description

  • Partner with the business to develop recruiting strategy for critical openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on screening, panel selection, offers and onboarding.
  • Manage candidate experience from first touch to offer and handoff.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for tech roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing Model N story and learning the business.
  • Values-oriented and committed to finding a cultural fit.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
  • Curious about latest sourcing strategies to identify new talent pools.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
  • Strong negotiation, detail orientation and follow-through.
  • MBA or equivalent degree.
