🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years as full-cycle in-house technical recruiter in growth-stage SaaS.
- Understanding of engineering, product, design roles and ability to assess candidate skills.
- Experience hiring engineers for agentic/generative AI products (preferred).
- Proven track record sourcing and closing top tech talent in SV and competitive markets.
- Experience negotiating offers, including equity packages and closing candidates.
- Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
