📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Understanding of engineering, product, design roles and ability to assess candidate skills.
  • Experience hiring engineers for agentic/generative AI products (preferred).
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing top tech talent in SV and competitive markets.
  • Experience negotiating offers, including equity packages and closing candidates.
  • Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
