Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Partner with CTO/Co‑Founder and EPD leaders to define hiring plans.
• Run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and closing top tech talent.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong tech pipeline.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills and culture fit.
• Provide timely feedback and clear communication to candidates.
• Track recruiting pipelines with data-driven metrics to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years as full-cycle in-house technical recruiter in growth-stage SaaS.
• Understanding of engineering, product, design roles and ability to assess candidate skills.
• Experience hiring engineers for agentic/generative AI products (preferred).
• Proven track record sourcing and closing top tech talent in SV and competitive markets.
• Experience negotiating offers, including equity packages and closing candidates.
• Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
