🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years recruiting technical roles (data/analytics, cloud, software).
- Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring challenges, and interview criteria.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build long-term pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
