📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (requirements to onboarding).
  • Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS, and market mapping.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years recruiting technical roles (data/analytics, cloud, software).
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring challenges, and interview criteria.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build long-term pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
