📋 Description
- Manage your caseload of recovery claims with cost control and great outcomes
- Own recovery from early stages, prepare allegations, pursue recoveries, engage stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Prepare and review cases for solicitors, supporting litigation and in-house cases
- Make settlement decisions, including when to discontinue recovery
- Calculate and justify recovery outlays (total loss, repair, storage)
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years' motor claims experience across Recovery functions
- Experience in a fast-growing team and developing teams
- Experience helping others deliver and develop your skills
- Great eye for detail
- Quick learner, fast decisions, embrace change
- Self-starter, takes ownership, thrives in a team
