Analyze, reconcile, and audit aircraft maintenance data in TRAX eMRO and Flydocs
Ensure records are accurate and compliant with FAA regs and 121.380
Monitor Airworthiness Directives and life-limited part tracking
Maintain proper documentation retention (paper and electronic storage)
Support FAA conformity reviews and Ops Specs during fleet induction
Collaborate across Maintenance, Materials, Engineering, and Safety teams

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years in aviation maintenance records or related data entry/audit experience
Authorized to work in the US; pass a criminal background check
Familiar with TRAX eMRO and Flydocs
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of FAA regulations related to aircraft record keeping
