- Manage engine, APU, and landing gear records to birth per 14 CFR 121.380.
- Reconcile discrepancies with external repair vendors, OEMs, and prior operators.
- Coordinate with Powerplant Eng, Fleet Planning, Materials on removals/installations.
- Ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements and documentation standards.
- Report to the Senior Manager of Aircraft Records.
- On-call after hours to support maintenance discrepancy issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Authorized to work in the US; pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum three years in Allegiant Records or similar.
- Knowledge of FAA ADs, IPCs, Service Bulletins.
- FARs related to Aircraft Recordkeeping and ATA Coding.
- Proficient in AIS, TRAX eMRO, AMOS.
- Proficient in Flydocs, AirVault, AIS, Trax or similar.
- On-call after hours to support maintenance discrepancy issues.
