Technical Project Manager - New Jersey Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data center deployment projects from design to handover.
• Primary contact for stakeholders; facilitate cross-team/vendor/site meetings.
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to meet aggressive timelines.
• Identify risks and mitigation; remove blockers to keep timelines.
• Ensure deployments meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel up to 60% for on-site oversight and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data center deployment or infra project management.
• Strong PM skills with methodologies and tools; manage complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of data center operations: servers, networking, power, cooling.
• Leadership and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Problem solving with analytical mindset and sound decision-making.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE).
• Willing to travel up to 60% and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent; PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL a plus.
