Technical Project Manager - Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with customer needs.
• Primary customer interface for updates, scope, and issues.
• Coordinate internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Track key project metrics and provide status reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years in CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, tooling, or OEM/CM.
• 2–3 years in a project management role within manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI/NPD and APQP in production environments.
• Strong planning, scope management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
