- Lead planning and execution of CRM and data projects.
- Define charters, plans, and roadmaps with scope and budget.
- Manage multiple projects in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

- Run project ceremonies: kickoffs, status reviews, risk/issue reviews.
- Ensure designs meet enterprise standards and governance.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated PM experience leading tech projects.
- CRM/RevOps projects with Salesforce or similar tools.
- Data oriented projects: data warehouse or data lake, Snowflake, MDM, data quality.
- Strong integrations across CRM, ERP, billing, and data platforms.
- PM tools proficiency: Wrike, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex concepts.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, matrixed, global environment.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
