- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver milestones on time and within budget.

- Manage engineering change processes aligned with project goals and security requirements.

- Participate in technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR) ensuring outputs meet mission and security needs.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in aerospace/defense/space systems eng; leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong systems engineering principles and space mission lifecycle.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Primavera); PM cert (IPMA, PMP) preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with government/defense.
- German (native) and English (C1); eligible to work in Germany/EU.
