Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Delivery-focused TPM on Growth team overseeing complex technical projects.
• Bridge engineering and business stakeholders; manage scope, schedule, risks.
• Own end-to-end governance: RAID, status, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate data integrations across CRM, marketing, and data warehouse.
• Operationalize queues, dashboards, launch checklists, and post-launch readouts.
• Create SOPs, docs, and training for PMO operations and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Healthcare domain knowledge (health systems/payers/life sciences).
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Rocketlane, Workato, Zapier.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized.
• Proactive, curious, and able to learn quickly; bias toward action.
