Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of bioprocess systems combining hardware, firmware, and cloud software.
• Oversee cloud apps for device telemetry, remote monitoring, and data analytics (AWS/GCP).
• Bridge hardware engineers, software engineers, and bioprocess scientists to align requirements.
• Balance short agile sprints with longer hardware phase-gate milestones.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and manage safety/regulatory risks.
• Establish schedules and automate real-time communication of changes.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a technical R&D environment.
• Proven track record delivering hardware integrated with a software stack.
• Experience delivering SaaS or Cloud app development, including CI/CD, APIs, and data architecture.
• Mastery of Jira, Linear, Smartsheet, MS Project (or similar PLM tools).
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
