🎯 Requirements

5+ years in engineering design or test of complex electro-mechanical systems.
Product development background with 3+ years of project leadership.
Strong PM fundamentals; PMI cert or equivalent.
Expert Jira with advanced configuration for cross-functional programs.
Experience in growth-stage or large organizations.
Aircraft certification and verification/validation experience.
