πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own intake workflows for customer support tickets, bugs, and incidents.
  • Enforce ticket quality standards for reproducibility, completeness, severity, and artifacts.
  • Drive ticket validation and triage with Support and QA.
  • Route validated tickets to the correct engineering pipelines.
  • Manage bug lifecycle end-to-end from intake to verification.
  • Coordinate pre-grooming and prioritization with TPMs and QA.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery.
  • Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of bug lifecycle, Agile ceremonies, and backlog operations.
  • Ability to interpret logs, APIs, integrations, environments, and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience producing operational reporting and dashboards.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
