📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional systems for Haven-1 and future products.
• Manage multi-disciplinary hardware, software, and artifacts.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, and priorities; report risks.
• Ensure schedules and program documents are complete and current.
• Apply first principles problem solving and decisive decision making.
• Demonstrate urgency and leadership across initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering.
• 2+ years of demonstrated engineering contributions (design, analysis, manufacturing).
• End-to-end product lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, and Confluence.
• M.S. degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related field.
• 1+ year cross-functional technical leadership.
