Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client implementations across technical and operational workstreams.
• Develop and maintain customer delivery roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and governance.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to align solutions with architecture, security, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain risk registers; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Create and enforce project documentation standards for customer deliverables.
• Manage budgets, resources, scope changes, and vendor contracts; track KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience as Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Technical Delivery Lead.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-stream programs with budgets >$1m for enterprise clients.
• PM experience in SaaS platform development, cloud infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing external vendors, offshore teams, and collaborations with Engineering.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent; Agile/Scrum SAFe/CSM/PSM highly desirable.
• ITIL or similar service management frameworks advantageous.
