🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical or delivery role for software implementations.
• Technically savvy with ability to create apps that meet business goals.
• Ability to analyze system data to support decisions and design.
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and solving problems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with agile software development and QA practices.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in applying technical skills to socially impactful programs.
