- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Roku Voice programs from concept to launch.
- Own program structure: requirements, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with external voice partners and internal teams; define SLAs and timelines.
- Track builds, engineering changes, and issue closures with urgency.
- Establish and improve program mgmt processes and tooling for the Voice org.
- Communicate clearly at all levels, from engineers to VP+ stakeholders, including status and trade-offs.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in technical program management, engineering mgmt, or equivalent.
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning backend, ML, data, or platform teams.
- Strong familiarity with ML, speech/ASR, NLU/NLP, or large-scale data/experimentation.
- Proven track record from inception to launch: requirements, roadmap, risk, and post-launch iteration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt; drive clarity among senior leaders and distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with modern program management tools and GenAI.
