🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program mgmt or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional programs across eng, ML, data, or platform
- Strong familiarity with machine learning, speech/ASR, or NLU/NLP
- Proven track record from inception to launch with roadmaps and risk mgmt
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and modern PM tools
