Technical Program Manager - Service Delivery

📋 Description

• Act as primary customer contact for deployments, aligning with expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to deliver services on schedule.
• Lead end-to-end project management for service delivery (planning, execution, close-out).
• Manage changes: assess cost/schedule impact, record, track and approve.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, construction, or service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of data center services, infrastructure, and delivery processes.
• Exceptional customer communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage expectations.
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
