🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in technical program management, manufacturing or hardware operations.
- Experience managing large-scale hardware manufacturing or supply chain programs.
- Comfortable operating across manufacturing, logistics, deployment, and readiness workflows.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, build planning, or deployment execution.
- Can drive structured execution in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong operational rigor, escalation management, and cross-functional alignment.
