Technical Program Manager, Public Sector Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead as a central PMO partner across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Tackle complex initiatives; break down work and drive structured solutions.
• Bridge EPD, Delivery, and GTM to wrangle contractual deliverables.
• Optimize cross-functional processes for Scale's success.
• Foster communication; create effective feedback loops between teams.
• Navigate ambiguity; transition AI/ML tech into public-sector products when requirements are undefined.

🎯 Requirements

• Current or past TS/SCI security clearance preferred.
• Proven experience partnering with Product and cross-functional Eng to align roadmaps.
• Experience in project management: planning, organizing, and resource management.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, ambiguous environments.
• Security/compliance experience with cross-department collaboration.
• Understanding of security practices in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
