📋 Description

• Lifecycle & Platform Delivery: lead planning and rapid execution for SGP core capabilities.
• Cross-functional GenAI alignment across Eng, Core ML, Research, and Product.
• Technical Translation & Requirements: translate infra metrics into actionable roadmaps.
• Risk & Dependency Mitigation: identify and mitigate risks for massive-scale GenAI deployments.
• Developer Velocity & Operational Excellence: establish lightweight agile processes and SLOs for reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as TPM/PM/SE shipping platforms (cloud infra, APIs, distributed systems, ML).
• Platform domain: 3+ years on core infra, cloud-native (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes.
• AI/ML Infra literacy: data pipelines, GPU/CPU clusters, model training/evaluation.
• Masterful communication: present to execs and translate tech into business impact.
• Execution excellence: iterative dev and tools (Linear, Jira) for infra.
• Nice-to-have: engineering roots; platform adoption; data-centric AI familiarity.
