- Drive contract manufacturer readiness for EVT, DVT, PVT, and pre-production builds.
- Own schedules, build plans, risk trackers, issues, and validation milestones across internal/external teams.
- Drive production process development, documentation, optimization, and validation with cross-functional teams.
- Lead readiness with Test and Manufacturing Engineering for test deployment, debug planning, setup, and integration.
- Act as central coordinator during high-pressure NPI phases with clear accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
- 4+ years in program management, manufacturing development, or hardware engineering.
- Proven success leading cross-functional programs through NPI and mass production ramp.
- Experience with overseas manufacturing partners in Asia (consumer electronics or high-volume hardware).
- Familiarity with SMT, assembly, test, and pack-out processes.
- Proficiency with Excel, Gantt tools, Jira, Confluence, GDrive, and PLM systems (Arena).
