🎯 Requirements
- BS in a technical field or 5+ years hands-on technical experience.
- 3+ years of TPM or equivalent multi-team leadership.
- Experience with ML/AI and/or infra engineering; understand architectures and data flows.
- Proficiency with program mgmt tools (Google Sheets, Jira); AI-assisted tracking/reporting.
- Proficiency with SQL to analyze data and create dashboards.
- Strong communication and ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience leading large cross-functional programs from inception to launch.
- Comfortable in fast-changing, high-ambiguity environments.
