- Collaborate with sponsors and Security to identify and assess security risks using KRIs and KPIs.
- Act as DRI for key security initiatives, owning outcomes and decisions.
- Create program strategies/artifacts: proposals, roadmaps, risk registers.
- Partner with Product/Engineering/Security to drive adoption, manage dependencies, and support SDLC.
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end: milestones, cross-functional workstreams, and delivery quality.
- Report program status to Security leadership with key metrics and strategic updates.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years as a program manager or related discipline.
- 5+ years in security, risk, compliance, or information systems.
- Strong experience with formal program management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of cyber/security domain.
- Fluency in using AI to improve daily workflows.
