Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Scale

📋 Description

• Act as global process owner for onboarding, mobility, policy rollout.
• Map end-to-end journeys, identify pain points, automate where possible.
• Partner with People Ops, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and regional teams.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and decisions.
• Use service metrics and cycle time to prioritize and measure impact.
• Translate policy decisions into system changes with Workday, IT, and Security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in consulting, internal strategy, or business ops
• In-house program ownership for global or multi-region initiatives
• Proven track record of end-to-end cross-functional programs
• Structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Quantitative comfort with service metrics and funnel analysis
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
