Act as primary interface between Manufacturing, Engineering, PM, Quality, and Supply Chain
Develop task-based project schedules and track milestones
Create and maintain production plan
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
Drive on-time execution with suppliers and internal teams
Prepare and present project reports and metrics to leadership

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field
3+ years PM or NPI experience (aerospace/automotive preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with PLM, MES, ERP software
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
