Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead technical, operational, and lifecycle management of manufacturing automation initiatives.
• Innovate factory processes to enable ideal automated manufacturing.
• Collaborate with factory teams to set OKRs for automation and improvement.
• Draft requirements and RFQ/RFPs for automated equipment and delivery schedules.
• Engage with vendors to build machines aligned with specs and ARS.
• Design and execute FAT, SAT, and commission automation equipment in factories.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Advanced Manufacturing and high-speed automation.
• Prioritize AME and supplier tasks from concept through SAT and training.
• Manage high-budget projects and external vendors; RFQ to PO.
• Strong technical skills with problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
