Technical Program Manager, Core Network & WAN Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end PoP builds and capacity delivery with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive physical/logical readiness: routers, optics, cabling, cross-connects, BGP, and turn-up.
• Maintain ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and readiness milestones.
• Translate capacity needs into execution workstreams with owners, dates, tests, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with network engineers to validate link state, optics health, and handoff completeness.
• Provide vendors with port maps, rack layouts, LOAs/CLOAs, diagrams, install windows, and test plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in infrastructure, networking, datacenter, and cloud connectivity.
• Strong intuition in physical networking, WAN, cross-connects, optics, cabling, and routing.
• Track record owning cross-functional infrastructure programs from planning through handoff.
• Experience with Arista, Juniper, Cisco network platforms.
• Experience building dashboards, deployment tooling, automation, or reporting for infrastructure programs.
• Experience with global infrastructure expansion, capacity planning, or vendor/commercial negotiations.
