Technical Program Manager, Capacity Delivery

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end hyperscale data center builds and capacity expansions from planning to delivery.
• Translate capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and report on program status, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs across build teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure.
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or capacity expansions.
• Strong understanding of the data center stack: power, cooling, networking, GPU/server hardware.
• Expertise in PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Critical Path) and tools (Jira, Asana).
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical challenges and project plans to all levels of the organization.
