- Several years of experience in technical program management delivering cross-functional programs
- Experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services or developer platforms)
- Drove platform adoption across consuming teams
- Coordinated multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
- Highly organized; manages multiple parallel workstreams across distributed teams
- Thrives in unstructured environments; brings order and clarity
- Excellent written and verbal communication; can influence without authority
- Passionate about Anthropic's mission and safe AI
