Own end-to-end delivery for 2-3 programs from scoping through rollout.
Stand up program structures: objectives, scope, milestones, RACI, metrics.
Build roadmaps, surface dependencies, run rituals (kickoffs, syncs, risk reviews).
Maintain decision logs; drive trade-off resolution.
Coordinate across Infra & Security, Product & Design, and Engineering.
Provide concise, data-backed status to leadership and customers.

🎯 Requirements

4-7 years in technical program or project management in SaaS, cloud, or infra.
Delivery across multiple teams/services with clear outcomes.
AWS, GovCloud, Kubernetes/containers, CI/CD, observability, secure deployments.
Experience operationalizing security/compliance work (POA&M) with security, infra, and product.
Excellent written and verbal communication; exec-ready status reporting.
Delivery tooling and docs (Linear, Notion); dashboards/metrics.
