🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in learning & development or technical program management
- Experience designing and delivering technical learning programs; familiar with Git workflows
- Strong program management: manage multiple programs, milestones, risks
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and stakeholders
- Experience with AI/ML learning content, technical enablement, or developer education; LMS familiarity (Codecademy/Docebo/Udemy)
- Excellent communication; present to senior leaders in fast-paced environments
